The FRIENDS provide many extras for the public library through the money raised by their used book sales and membership dues. Highlights of FRIENDS contributions include funding for special performers for National Library Week and the Summer Reading Program, craft supplies for the Children's Library, and puppets and the puppet theater enjoyed by many of the library's youngest users. The FRIENDS also supply bookmarks for the children.
